The Via Executive Pathway

This is a unique opportunity to maximise leadership learning and it is therefore vital that all participants in the team engage with every aspect of the process. There are four stages:

1

Setting the agenda – where the team is asked to consider a few questions prior to engagement. These are then passed to the VIA Rondo coaches before the event

2

The VIA Rondo Arena session where the team simultaneously engages with three coaches – either delivered face-to-face or virtually

3

Some initial written feedback comments from the three coaches following the process

4

A concluding coaching session with one of the VIA coaches after reflection on some debriefing questions

The VIA Rondo Arena

The intensity of the team coaching session means that this is something for which the team members should fully prepare. We call the session the Rondo Arena because it gives the sense of a team having to fully defend their position regarding their topic under scrutiny. It is absolutely not adversarial; rather, it is intrusively supportive in the sense that we want teams to fully grasp this unique opportunity to elevate their performance.  The coaches will bring with them compassion, understanding, empathy and care; they simply require participants to have fully prepared for the process and be willing to explore critical factors that will add to personal and team performance improvement. This is a relationship that centres on coaching elevation and professional respect.
