The VIA Leadership Rondo Groups are a powerful way for high performing leaders to learn from each other’s experiences. We ‘virtually’ meet for three hours, once a quarter where our group members work on real challenges that they are facing in the workplace. Utilising the intensity of the small group experience, we share knowledge, skills, problem solving and experiences combined with skilled questioning in order to make real-time performance improvements. The sessions are facilitated by two VIA coaches who bring with them their own experiences in asking great probing questions. Our group members take it in turns to present an issue that is significant for them in the workplace. Other members then spend time helping them work towards a valued outcome. By the time people leave the session they have a practical plan that they can put into action, the results of which they share at the next meeting. This is about applied learning in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
